David J. Paliotti has been a Partner at Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher & Paliotti LLP since 1994. His practice is concentrated in business law in Boston, and consumer litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, and all types of real estate matters, including representation of developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions, zoning and permitting. Mr. Paliotti has successfully conducted numerous trials and has litigated cases in the following courts:

Mr. Paliotti lives in Marshfield, Massachusetts and is the Vice Chairman of the Marshfield Historical Commission. Additional interests include boating, snorkeling and competitive driving events.

Mr. Paliotti graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1982, majoring in Political Science, and is a 1985 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law.
