Kate Borgondy joined GNF&P in July, 2011. She is a Boston business law attorney and her practice focuses in business and commercial litigation. Ms. Borgondy provides general counseling advice to companies on employment matters, commercial and residential real estate and landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Borgondy advises clients in tort liability, discrimination and civil rights matters.

Ms. Borgondy is a member of the American Constitution Society and Massachusetts Bar Association.
Education
Ms. Borgondy graduated cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Messiah College. She was Chief Articles Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. Ms. Borgondy served as Legal Intern with the United States Attorney's Office in Boston, the Civil Service Commission, and judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court in Worcester, MA.
