Stacey M. Ochal joined the firm as an associate in 2006. Her practice concentration is in real estate transactions and civil litigation. Ms. Ochal handles commercial, business and landlord/tenant matters. She represents developers, homeowners and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions; handles appeals and litigation for zoning and land use; and drafts documents for commercial lending and finance.

Ms. Ochal is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar and Woman’s Bar Associations and volunteers for the Volunteer Law of the Day Program and for the Dial-a-Lawyer Volunteer program.

Ms. Ochal grew up in Amsterdam, New York and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the LeMoyne College in 1997. She is a 2004 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she worked for the Disability Advocacy Clinic and represented clients in administrative hearings at the Office of Hearing and Appeals of Social Security. Ms. Ochal is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and the United Stated District Court of Massachusetts.
