Natalie R. Megaloudis Areas of Experience
Natalie R. Megaloudis joined GNFH in 2001. Her practice includes civil litigation in areas involving business, commercial, real estate, land use and zoning disputes. A significant portion of Ms. Megaloudis’ practice involves advising and representing clients on commercial and residential real estate developments, and areas involving landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Megaloudis also provides general counseling advice to companies on various employment and human resource matters. Ms. Megaloudis has represented clients in all levels of the Massachusetts Trial Court and filed appeals in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Massachusetts. Ms. Megaloudis is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Hellenic Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association. Ms. Megaloudis assisted the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (“PAIR”) Project as a volunteer attorney and successfully represented an asylum seeker in removal proceedings before the United States Immigration Court. Ms. Megaloudis also assisted high school students as a mentor in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Mock Trial Competition and regularly serves as a volunteer attorney for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dial-A-Lawyer program. Ms. Megaloudis was born in Montreal, Canada and is fluent in French. Ms. Megaloudis graduated from McGill University in 1997 with a B.A. in Psychology and graduated from Suffolk University School of Law in 2000. |
