David J. Paliotti has been a Partner at Greenbaum, Nagel, Fisher & Hamelburg since 1994. His practice is concentrated in business and consumer litigation, commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, and all types of real estate matters, including representation of developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions, zoning and permitting. Mr. Paliotti has successfully conducted numerous trials and has litigated cases in the following courts: the Boston Municipal Court, various District Courts throughout Massachusetts, all Divisions of the Housing Court Department, virtually all Counties of the Superior Court Department, the Land Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States Court of Claims, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He also has significant experience in drafting and enforcing contracts and the formation of various legal entities such as limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, joint venture agreements and trusts.

Mr. Paliotti is an authorized agent for First American Title Company. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association. Mr. Paliotti lives in Marshfield, Massachusetts, which is well-known for its boating and beaches. His interests include boating, snorkeling and competitive driving events.

Mr. Paliotti graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1982, majoring in Political Science, and is a 1985 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
