Landlord/Tenant Representation

For well over twenty years, GNF&P has been assisting landlords with problematic commercial and residential tenants. This includes evictions based on non-payment of rent issues to evictions based on illegal activity on the part of a tenant or tenant's guests.

GNF&P has assisted numerous tenants in responding to landlords who do not honor their contractual and legal obligations, from the commercial landlord who interferes with the tenant's business - to the residential landlord who refuses to maintain his property, including the abatement of lead paint.

Asset Protection and Title
At GNF&P we also advise our clients on Asset Protection. It is important to know that if you have an unexpected claim made against you, your assets will be protected. We have experience in advising clients as to the types of insurance and amounts of coverage that they should carry, as well as different ways of holding title to property.
